We’re seeking a dynamic, strategically minded Junior Project Manager to join our central IT team in Cyprus. This role is critical in shaping the voice of Tickmill—crafting compelling content that resonates across cultures and markets, in the online trading industry. You’ll be part of a collaborative, international marketing team driving our global brand initiatives.

What does the role look like?
The Junior Project Manager will have the opportunity to:

  • Support the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables with key stakeholders.
  • Assist in preparing and maintaining project plans, timelines, and documentation.
  • Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth execution.
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, and deadlines, keeping documentation up to date.
  • Provide regular status updates to Project Managers and stakeholders.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
  • Identify and escalate risks or issues when necessary.
  • Maintain project management tools and reporting dashboards (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project).
  • Provide administrative and coordination support to ensure successful project delivery.


What do you need to succeed in this role?

  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, PMO support, or a similar role
  • Basic understanding of project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum preferred)
  • Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence
  • Experience with MS Project is considered an advantage
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams
