What does the role look like?
The Junior Project Manager will have the opportunity to:
- Support the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables with key stakeholders.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining project plans, timelines, and documentation.
- Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth execution.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and deadlines, keeping documentation up to date.
- Provide regular status updates to Project Managers and stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
- Identify and escalate risks or issues when necessary.
- Maintain project management tools and reporting dashboards (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project).
- Provide administrative and coordination support to ensure successful project delivery.
What do you need to succeed in this role?
- 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, PMO support, or a similar role
- Basic understanding of project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum preferred)
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence
- Experience with MS Project is considered an advantage
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams
