- Junior Project Manager (m/f/d) – German Speaking
- Location: Berlin, Germany (Hybrid – 3 days per week in-office)
- Language Requirements: Native or Professional Fluency in German (C1/C2) & English
- Manage and assist in service projects, ensuring delivery is on time, within budget, and meets our rigorous quality standards.
- Act as a proactive point of contact, keeping German-speaking and international clients informed on critical project developments.
- Participate in project setup meetings and provide feedback to the Sales team to optimize future project performance.
- Identify potential bottlenecks early and work collaboratively with senior team members to find innovative solutions.
- Develop a deep understanding of the insights industry, sample management, and automated research trends to better serve our customers.
- 1-3 years of experience in project management in various industries(ideally within SaaS, Digital Agencies, Logistics, or Professional Services).
- Native or professional-level fluency in German and English is mandatory.
- Quick to learn new technology platforms and tools to drive project efficiency.
- Proactive, curious, and analytical. You don’t just report problems; you bring potential solutions to the table.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects with competing priorities without losing focus on the details.
