We are seeking a motivated Junior Production Planner to join our Operations team as a temporary position for 6 months (that may become a permanent position in the future). In this role, you will play a key part in our manufacturing process, responsible for issuing work orders, monitoring production execution, and ensuring that our complex hardware portfolio is delivered on time and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work Order Issuance: Generate and release Work Orders (WOs) to the production floor based on the production plan.
- Production Monitoring: Closely monitor the manufacturing process to ensure WOs are completed on time and according to specifications.
- Execution Follow-up: Track daily production output and address any delays or bottlenecks in the process.
- Data Integrity: Update the ERP system (NetSuite) in real-time to reflect the status of Work Orders, material consumption, and finished goods.
- Internal Coordination: Work closely with Production Managers and Warehouse teams to ensure a seamless flow of materials to the production lines.
Required Qualifications:
- B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering or Practical Industrial Engineer – last year student is an option.
- 1-2 years of experience in a production-oriented environment (Operations/Manufacturing) – great advantage.
- A "proactive" approach – someone who doesn't just wait for reports but goes out to "check the floor" and ensure things are moving.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (NetSuite experience – a major advantage).
- Proficient English (reading and writing).
