Junior PHP Developer

💰 Salary:

• B2B: 5 600 – 8 500 PLN net
  
• Employment contract: 4 700 – 7 200 PLN gross
  

📍 Location: Poland (remote / hybrid from Gliwice, Kraków, Warszawa or Wrocław)

Now, we’re looking for a Junior PHP Developer who wants to grow their career in a place where learning, teamwork, and technology really matter.

• Around 1–2 years of experience (commercial or from side projects/internships) in PHP development.
  
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and SOLID principles.
  
• Some experience with PHP 8+ frameworks (preferably Symfony or Laravel).
  
• Familiarity with MySQL or PostgreSQL databases.
  
• Basic knowledge of Git (version control) and REST API integrations.
  
• Willingness to learn testing (PHPUnit) and asynchronous processing.
  
• English at a minimum B2 level – to communicate smoothly with teammates and international clients.
  
• Polish language at a communicative level (our internal meetings are often in Polish).
  

• Familiarity with Docker or CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
  
• Interest in learning Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and Hexagonal Architecture.
  
• Curiosity about AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT,Claude Code  etc.) and how they can improve your coding process.

• You’ll join a cross-functional Scrum team – developers, QA, designers, and a Scrum Master.
  
• You’ll work on real products for global clients, from MVPs to scalable systems.
  
• You’ll learn by doing – we trust our juniors with real impact, but you’ll always have support from more experienced developers.
  
• You’ll take part in code reviews, sprint planning, and retrospectives from day one.
