Department OverviewMotorola Solutions Finance Operation Center is a department of Motorola in Kraków which gives you an opportunity to participate in the setup of the new organization. Job Description

The Order Validation team is responsible for ensuring the highest level of correctness of orders entered into the system by validating them against the relevant documentation.

The Junior Order Validation Specialist will adhere to established policies, procedures, and approval authorities to ensure compliance with legal and statutory requirements to minimize loss to Motorola.

You will:

• Complete order validation for all types of equipment orders for internal and external customers from the US and Canada

• Complete validation of Service Contracts.

• Release orders in close cooperation with finance (billing, collections, corporate credit, tax), export control, product groups, PM’s, Sales Team, etc.

• Process credits for equipment returns

• Adapt to a fast-paced business with a focus on first in, first out cycle time on all requests while maintaining the ability to refocus quickly if business needs dictate

Basic Requirements

• 0-1 year of experience in Customer Service / Order Management / Finance

• Possibility to work on mixed shift 50/50 - US hours (14:00-22:00)

• Excellent English

• Attention to details skills

• Analytical skills

• Good knowledge about MS Excel and Google Suite

• Good time management skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multi-task & prioritize

• Degree in Economy / Finance /Accounting is a plus
