Department Overview
The Primary Data Team in IT is the central organization responsible for the governance, quality, and maintenance of our company's most critical data assets. We act as the single source of truth for core business entities like customer, product, and supplier data, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all enterprise systems. Our team establishes and enforces data standards, defines data ownership, and implements the necessary tools and processes to cleanse, enrich, and manage primary data throughout its lifecycle. By providing a clean, reliable, and integrated foundation of data, we empower the entire organization to make informed decisions, operate more efficiently, and drive key business initiatives, from digital transformation to advanced analytics.
Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Business Analyst to join our Customer & Supplier Primary Data Team. In this role, you will serve as the vital link between business stakeholders and our technical engineering team. Your primary focus will be to ensure that our Primary Data solutions—specifically within the Oracle Customer Data Management (CDM) platform—are designed and maintained to meet complex business requirements.

You will be responsible for deep-dive data analysis, requirement gathering, and process documentation, ensuring that our data architecture supports global business processes and high-integrity reporting.

Requirements Elicitation & Management

  • Partner with global business stakeholders to identify, document, and validate requirements for customer and supplier data domains.

  • Translate complex business needs into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and clear acceptance criteria.

  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with the Product Owner and Business Owners.

Data Analysis & Solution Design

  • Conduct extensive data profiling and gap analysis to identify data quality issues and integration requirements.

  • Perform data mapping between source systems and the Oracle CDM platform to ensure seamless data flow and synchronization.

  • Develop and maintain process models and data flow diagrams to illustrate "as-is" and "to-be" states for primary data management.

Testing & Quality Assurance

  • Define and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scripts to ensure delivered solutions meet the defined business requirements.

  • Work closely with the QA team to validate data migrations and system enhancements.

  • Identify opportunities for automated data cleansing and enrichment rules within the Oracle CDM environment.

Stakeholder Facilitation

  • Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for customer and supplier data definitions and business rules.

  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to resolve data conflicts between different business units.

  • Provide support and documentation for end-users to ensure high adoption of primary data standards.


Basic Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant Computer Science, Information Systems or Related Field.

  • 5+ years of experience as an IT professional.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical teams.

  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive, results-oriented attitude.

  • Proficiency in Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).

  • Oracle Customer Data Management (CDM) Experience Preferred - Note Both our Customer and Supplier Primary Data are on this platform

  • Availability to work in our office in Kraków (Czerwone Maki 82) - Once or Twice a week.
