We are a growing team looking for a Junior Operations Support in the Global Operations department to help us on our journey to revolutionize road freight logistics. The role is located in our Bucharest office and you will be working in two rotative shifts (13:30-22:00 and 08:00-17:00).
WHAT YOU WILL DO …
As a Junior Operations Support in the Shared Operations Center at sennder, you will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing the day-to-day operations of our road transportation activities. You will be supporting our operational teams across our entire company and help steer greater operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. This role requires a profile with a strong doer mindset, and excellent organizational abilities.
- Support end‑to‑end road freight operations across shipper‑ and carrier‑facing activities, including system registration, transport scheduling, and daily execution.
- Drive service quality through proactive communication, strong ownership, and high attention to detail.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve daily operational issues, ensuring timely follow‑up and clear documentation of actions taken.
- Ensure all operations comply with applicable transportation regulations, internal policies, and service standards.
- Work closely with Operations Management teams across multiple European locations to support seamless collaboration and cross‑office alignment.
- Contribute to improving operational efficiency by sharing best practices, insights, and hands‑on support in day‑to‑day activities.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational efficiency and service quality.
- Identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities, and support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
