What We Expect of You
* Secret Clearance required.
* Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience) in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
* Proven ability to develop and implement effective operational strategies and strong leadership skills.
* Deep understanding of operational principles.
* Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Relevant certifications (e.g., COM, PMP), is a plus.
