Job Description
Your daily tasks:
- Providing administrative support to the office (e.g., ordering office supplies, handling phone calls, welcoming and assisting visitors etc.).
- Ensuring a professional and well-maintained reception and office appearance.
- Organizing meetings and business trips.
- Communicating with employees (e.g., providing updates on organizational matters).
Qualifications
- Proactivity and initiative to solve problems without waiting for detailed instructions
- Flexibility and adaptability to change.
- Determination and persistence when facing obstacles.
- Eagerness to learn and improve continuously within our tools, techniques, and industry practices.
- Very good communication and collaboration skills.
- Good command of English.
