Junior Office Assistant

Your daily tasks:

• Providing administrative support to the office (e.g., ordering office supplies, handling phone calls, welcoming and assisting visitors etc.).
• Ensuring a professional and well-maintained reception and office appearance.
• Organizing meetings and business trips.
• Communicating with employees (e.g., providing updates on organizational matters).

• Proactivity and initiative to solve problems without waiting for detailed instructions
• Flexibility and adaptability to change.
• Determination and persistence when facing obstacles.
• Eagerness to learn and improve continuously within our tools, techniques, and industry practices.
• Very good communication and collaboration skills.
• Good command of English.
