Join our Document Control teamas the Junior Document Control Specialist who will be responsible for reviewing certification documentation to ensure data accuracy. This is an entry level position with no technical background required - we are open to welcome candidates with and without experience!
RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manages certification documentation using appropriate programs and tools, based on relevant instructions and procedures.
• Reviews project details to ensure readiness of information to process and determines further hand-off to subsequent function/processes as applicable.
• Demonstrates ability to analyze data post certification for discrepancies.
• Proactively communicates with appropriate function/departments to resolve issues within a project, if any, in order to complete assigned task/project in a timely manner.
• Attends to emails from stakeholders with sense of urgency and seeks the direction from leadership to resolve issues requiring additional help.
• Actively supports activities and initiatives to improve the quality and efficiency of work.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 1-2 years of working experience in a similar role, or High School/University Graduate without experience.
• Fluent Polish language and intermediate level of English (due to an international environment).
• Should poses basic computer knowledge and shall be well versed with MS Office.
• Excellent work organization, meticulousness and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, critical thinking and interpretation skills.
• Ability to handle repetitive day to day tasks with high quality.
• Ability to work independently and actively engage in team discussions providing feedback when applicable.
