In this exciting role, you will be part of our Production and Support Department, ensuring that all of our live platforms are running smoothly and without issues. Responsibilities
Investigation of errors in live high-end platforms.
Researching and fixing defects based on description.
Investigating problems on databases, web and application servers.
Developing code, scripts, and schemas required to solve complex technical issues.
Dealing with performance issues.
Communication with Production Support Analysts and Testers.
Automation of manual processes within Production support (CSI).
Working in a group of highly-skilled support developers to resolve production issues.
Experience Required
University degree in IT or a related field.
Good fundamentals in C#, with experience in ASP.NET or VB.NET highly desirable.
A good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming and the ability to debug (with either commercial experience, or practical knowledge from university projects).
Knowledge of MS SQL Database.
Willingness to learn new things.
A logical thinker who enjoys puzzles and problem-solving.

Knowledge of ITIL.
Basics of JavaScript and HTML.
Experience with various MS technologies, such as Visual Studio and ReSharper.
