Department OverviewThe Media Team collaborate within the Motorola Solutions Education and Documentation group. Our primary goal is to create and design multimedia used in the education materials delivered with our products and services. The Media Team also offers consultancy for designing and developing multimedia and user experience, everything to strengthen Motorola Solutions’ ability to achieve goals.
Job Description
Designs and produces a wide range of high-quality digital assets, focusing primarily on professional video production, animations, illustrations, and audio editing to positively portray company products. Ensures design images meet corporate guidelines and marketing brand strategies. Monitors and assesses effectiveness of design projects. Works with Education and Documentation Teams enabling them to output products rich in multimedia. Works on projects of limited complexity or with accounts in a support role. Develops and designs the aesthetics, visual design and/or layout of product artwork, component design, training materials to enhance product image. Collaborates with project teams to plan, analyze, organize and execute assigned projects. Diagnoses, by meeting with employees, consultants and/or vendors, to assess effectiveness of product imagery and presentation needs. Manages relationships with external sources relating to design issues. Requires knowledge of industry relevant multimedia software.
Basic Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Graphic Design, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or similar
Natural graphic and multimedia design sensibilities – layout, style, color, typography, etc.
Ability to demonstrate and justify project-level portfolio during the interview
Practical knowledge of Adobe CC software
Good English skills
