About the Role
Join our growing Finance Operations team and start your career in Master Data Management within an international environment. As a Junior Master Data Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of customer and supplier data across multiple business systems.
Working within the Order-to-Cash (OtC) organization, you will collaborate closely with Accounts Payable, Finance, IT, and local business teams across Europe. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in data management, ERP systems, and process improvement while gaining exposure to a diverse and multicultural organization.
As a Junior Master Data Specialist, you will be responsible for:
Creating and maintaining customer and supplier master data across multiple ERP platforms, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), M3, and other business systems.
Ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of master data records.
Monitoring, analyzing, and validating data relationships to maintain high-quality data standards.
Performing regular data cleansing activities, including identifying and removing duplicate, obsolete, or inaccurate records.
Updating foreign exchange rates, netting rates, and period-end closing rates in line with established schedules.
Managing tickets and requests received through ServiceNow, One CRM, and other support platforms.
Providing master data support and guidance to business stakeholders and IT teams.
Supporting the administration and maintenance of SharePoint and OPTO systems.
Creating, updating, and maintaining process documentation and work instructions.
Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data quality, efficiency, and user experience.
Supporting future system implementations, data migration projects, and transformation initiatives as required.
We are looking for:
Min. 1 year of experience in Master Data Management or data analysis
Experience with ERP systems will be an asset
Strong Excel skills, Power Query or Power BI is a plus
Detail-oriented, well-organized, and tech-savvy mindset
Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
Fluent in Polish (C1) and English (min. B2) – used in daily communication with business stakeholders
