🔥 What You’ll Do
As a Junior Key Account Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our commercial team, working with supermarkets, wholesalers and key retail partners. Your role will include:
- ✅ Growing business relationships with buyers, regional and store managers of retailers.
- ✅ Ensuring company brand strategies are executed with excellence, orchestrating a team of field sales agents.
- ✅ Monitoring sales performance & running business analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
- ✅ Owning the negotiation and collaboration, staying in touch with the customers to enable business growth.
- ✅ Take on impactful managerial responsibility from Day 1!
Job Qualifications
Who We’re Looking For? You don’t need years of experience—just the right mindset!
- English and Greek languages knowledge – both in speaking and writing.
- Minimum Bachelors’ graduate.
- Completed/Exempt from Military Service Requirements (if applicable).
- Valid Driver’s License – B category.
- Open to traveling: 4-5 days per month.
- Analytical & proactive: You spot opportunities and act fast to leverage them using tools, e.g. PowerBI.
- Self-motivated: You take initiative and thrive in a dynamic environment.
