• Troubleshooting email clients (Outlook), Office 365, Cloud PCs, Citrix, IP/softphones, and print queues
• Maintaining accurate IT inventory logs and overseeing hardware tracking tools

- Basic understanding of service desk ticketing systems, IT asset lifecycle management, and remote support tools.
- Ability to provide clear, customer-oriented support via phone, email, and on-site assistance.
- Strong problem-solving skills utilizing knowledge bases, vendor documentation, and team guidance.
- Fluent German and communicative English (minimum B1 level, spoken and written).
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with enterprise software platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce—training will be provided)
- Basic exposure to cloud environments (Citrix, Cloud PCs) or network printer/server configurations
- Prior experience supporting corporate multi-site or remote end-user environments
Key to success:
- High eagerness to learn and troubleshoot technical challenges
- Proactive, organized working style with a strong commitment to end-user satisfaction
Reasons to join:
• Competitive entry-level compensation package
• Flexible hybrid work setup (Onsite support core with Home Office flexibility upon PM approval)
