Job Description

Become part of our Wealth Management Operations Team and contribute towards operating and improving Europe’s leading digital investment platform.

  • You will be responsible for the execution and monitoring of daily payment, trading and client data processes to actively contribute towards flawless financial services for our Wealth Management clients. 
  • You will execute time sensitive tasks in order to maintain full control of risk mitigation. 
  • You will be responsible for the communication with our external partners, such as custodian banks, to ensure alignment of stakeholders expectations. 
  • You will support the development of scalable processes and improvements and collaborate with internal teams to support the fast-paced growth of our business.
  • You will provide analyses and gather information to support decision-making.

Qualifications

  • You successfully completed a banking apprenticeship or a Bachelor degree in finance, accounting, or equivalent.
  • You gained experience in a bank, brokerage or asset management, or an equivalent financial service institution. 
  • You are knowledgeable about capital market products and banking processes.
  • You already worked in a time-sensitive environment and proved that you are able to balance competing priorities while maintaining high quality standards
  • You are detail-oriented and have good analytical and problem solving abilities working on innovative solutions (SQL expertise is a plus).
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • You are fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
