The role requires cross-functional stakeholder alignment across operations, legal, risk, compliance, and finance, with responsibility for delivering user-friendly digital products in an agile fintech environment.

Own product execution across banking, taxation, client data, or wealth management. Define backlogs and requirements through user research, metrics analysis, user stories, and specifications. Design and develop visually rich iOS interfaces for a fintech investment platform. Own the full application lifecycle from ideation through App Store delivery, write clean and testable code, improve technical and product experiences, explore iOS technologies, and collaborate with engineering, product, and other stakeholders.

Lead and scale the accounting function across German GAAP and IFRS requirements. Own monthly and annual close processes, tax reporting, consolidated financial statements, and external audits. Standardize and automate accounting workflows, drive cross-functional accounting projects, coordinate with auditors and tax advisors, and help design booking logic within the core banking system. The role requires strong German accounting and tax expertise, excellent organization, precision, problem-solving skills, and business fluency in German and English.

Owns end-to-end triage and investigation of potential fraud cases, from initial detection through resolution. The role identifies operational gaps, raises emerging risks, improves fraud processes and tooling, and shares data-driven insights with cross-functional teams to strengthen fraud detection and prevention. On-call coverage may be required during evenings, early hours, and weekends. This is a two-year fixed-term position.
