About the opportunity

Join our global team in Wrocław and support key HR administration activities across the employee lifecycle. In this role, you will primarily support employees and HR processes in the DACH region while also contributing to HR operations in other countries as needed. Working closely with HR, Payroll, managers and employees, you will help ensure accurate employee data, timely processing of HR transactions, and a positive employee experience. This is an excellent opportunity to build and further develop your expertise in international HR operations within a collaborative environment.

Your tasks include

  • Manage operational HR processes throughout the employee life-cycle, including onboarding, job changes, contract updates and offboarding, primarily for the DACH region,
  • Prepare employment contracts, contract amendments, employment confirmations, and other HR-related documentation in line with local requirements,
  • Maintain accurate employee and payroll-related data in Workday, SAP and other HR systems,
  • Support core HR processes for additional countries based on business needs, team capacity and the global SSC service model,
  • Ensure accurate and complete HR data by identifying and resolving system or data-related issues in collaboration with HR and IT teams,
  • Coordinate with HR Business Partners, Payroll, managers and employees to obtain required information and ensure timely process completion,
  • Handle employee requests, maintain employee documentation and contribute to data-quality checks and continuous process improvement.

Your profile

  • Fluent German and good English communication skills, both written and spoken,
  • Experience in HR administration, HR operations, payroll support, or a similar administrative role,
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field is welcome; equivalent practical experience and a willingness to learn are equally valued,
  • Good understanding of employee life-cycle processes; exposure to German HR administration is an advantage,
  • Experience working with HR systems such as Workday, SAP HCM or similar platforms is beneficial,
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling employee data and documentation,
  • Well-organised and able to manage multiple priorities in a structured manner.
