This role presents an exciting opportunity for someone who excels in working with data, enjoys HR processes and is eager to develop skills in the payroll area.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Data Management: Update and maintain the HR/payroll system of records, work on reports
Collaboration and supporting Employees: Provide answers to employees' questions
Data Verification: Verify the accuracy of payroll inputs, reports and documentation
What You Need:
Analytical Skills: Knowledge of Excel to easily work with data
Language Skills: Fluency in Polish and a good command of English.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills
Adaptability and Autonomy: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, providing substantive support to employees.
Experience and Expertise: Minimum of 1 year in HR Operations/ Payroll Operations
