MMC is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Warsaw office:

Junior HR Operations (Payroll) Specialist in Poland

Are you a detail-oriented and highly organized professional with a passion for numbers and a strong command of the Excel? At MMC, we're seeking a Junior HR Operations (Payroll) Specialist to join our dynamic team in Poland.

This role presents an exciting opportunity for someone who excels in working with data, enjoys HR processes and is eager to develop skills in the payroll area.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Management: Update and maintain the HR/payroll system of records, work on reports

  • Collaboration and supporting Employees: Provide answers to employees' questions

  • Data Verification: Verify the accuracy of payroll inputs, reports and documentation

What You Need:

  • Analytical Skills: Knowledge of Excel to easily work with data

  • Language Skills: Fluency in Polish and a good command of English.

  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills

  • Adaptability and Autonomy: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, providing substantive support to employees.

  • Experience and Expertise: Minimum of 1 year in HR Operations/ Payroll Operations
