As an Junior HR BP / HR Manager, you will take ownership of horizontal HR systems across the Lodz site and serve as HR Business Partner for several business groups.
With us you will:
Own and manage horizontal HR systems across the Lodz site, ensuring smooth operations, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Act as HR Business Partner for several business groups in manufacturing environment, partnering with leaders to understand needs and deliver tailored HR solutions.
Lead and deploy HR projects end-to-end, driving innovation and efficiency in processes and systems.
Provide strategic HR support to business teams, aligning people strategies with organizational goals.
Analyze HR data and metrics, identifying trends and recommending actions to enhance employee engagement and experience.
Ensure compliance with local labor regulations and company policies, mitigating risks and maintaining operational excellence.
Coach and support people managers, building leadership capability and fostering a high-performance culture.
Collaborate on culture and engagement initiatives, promoting inclusion, trust, and employee well-being.
Support key employee life-cycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and talent development.
Job Qualifications
Who we’re looking for:
Candidate with Business/ HR education and/or experience in generalist HR / Labor Relations up to 3 years.
Demonstrated leadership, initiative, and ownership mindset.
Creative problem‑solver who challenges the status quo and inspires change across the organization.
Strong social and analytical skills; able to influence and adapt communication to diverse audiences and levels.
Proficiency in Polish and English.
