Your Opportunity:
As a Junior Graphic Designer you will collaborate with senior designers, clients, and team members to understand design requirements and objectives. They'll assist in developing design solutions that effectively communicate messages and align with project goals. By leveraging their creative skills and design software knowledge, they contribute to the production of various design assets across different mediums, including print, digital, and social media.
Junior Graphic Designers work under the guidance of senior designers to ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines in their design deliverables. They assist in the creation of layouts, selecting appropriate typography, and incorporating visual elements to enhance the overall visual appeal.
Support the design team in creating visually compelling designs, gaining hands-on experience, and developing their skills in various design aspects. Responsibilities
● Assist in the creation and production of various marketing collateral outputs through AI tools, delivering high-quality and visually appealing designs.

● Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide creative input to generate new ideas and concepts.
● Stay updated on design trends, techniques, and software tools to enhance design capabilities and suggest innovative ideas.
● Take ownership of assigned design projects, managing time and resources effectively to meet deadlines.
● Seek feedback from senior designers and incorporate revisions to rene design concepts and deliver high-quality work.
● Develop a strong understanding of the organization's brand identity and apply it consistently across all design projects.
● Utilize design software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Express, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), to help create and renew designs.

● Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
● Knowledge of design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout design.
● Familiarity with creating visual assets for both print and digital platforms.
● Understanding of le formats and specifications for different mediums.
● Experience in creating and editing visual content for social media platforms.
