Are you a fresh grad or early-career professional looking to kickstart your career in digital marketing? Do you want hands-on training, a clear growth path, and the chance to work with global clients?

This is a full-time position, with a 6-month paid training program designed to help you master Google Ads and client management. By the end of the training, you’ll have the skills to confidently manage your own clients—and earn bonuses on top of your base pay.

Start Class Details:

• 6-month intensive paid training program focused on Google Ads and client management.

• Work behind the scenes, assisting account managers while learning best practices.

• Transition into a client-facing role once you’re ready to become the go-to person for your own set of clients.
  

💰 Compensation Pathway

• Hourly compensation is in $USD

• We offer a competitive salary with a target of 42.5 billable hours per week

• Additionally, you accrue Life Leave, which can optionally be cashed in each year, adding to your earnings​

We believe in rewarding growth—here’s how your journey will look:

Depending on hours and US conversion rates:

• Training Period (6 months): $5/hr - Approx 48,000 PHP a month

• Post-Training (After 6 months): $7/hr - Approx 67,000 PHP a month, as you begin managing your own accounts and ramp up to a full client load.

• Full Client Load (20 clients): $10.50/hr - Approx 100,000 PHP a month + quarterly performance bonuses:

  • Managing 20 clients - $1,105 ($2/hr x 42.5 hrs/wk x 13 weeks)

  • Managing 25 clients - $1,657.50 ($3/hr x 42.5 hrs/wk x 13 weeks)

  • Managing 30 clients - $2,210 ($4/hr x 42.5 hrs/wk x 13 weeks)

  • Managing 35 clients - $2,762.5 ($5/hr x 42.5 hrs/wk x 13 weeks)

🌍 Work Setup

• Remote, work-from-home (equipment provided).

• US EST hours (8PM–5AM PHT / 9PM–6AM PHT during DST).

The range of tasks of a Junior Google Ad Account Specialist includes the following:

• Management of Google ads-related accounts, and all aspects of Google Ad campaigns

• Account management that includes interacting with clients and managing PPC campaigns

• Generation and facilitation of upsell opportunities on existing accounts

• Utilization of Google Ads to manage, analyze, and optimize digital campaigns

• Coordination with sales team to suggest strategies for prospective new clients

• Utilization of SEMRush, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads to analyze websites, and website traffic, and make recommendations.

• Designing, building, and executing digital advertising campaigns using Google Ads Tools

• Assisting with Digital Marketing tasks and campaigns

• Maintenance of Google Ad accounts and analysis of results to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities.

• Analyzing existing landing pages on a client’s site and making recommendations for improvements for the client to implement

• Analysis and optimization of pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns

• Develop PPC strategies to increase online visibility.

Interview and Timeline:

We’re conducting interviews right now and will be selecting 3 candidates for this program.

• Target Start Date: October 2025 (exact date TBD based on interview outcomes)

• All 3 hires will begin together as part of the same cohort.

Equipment: The necessary equipment (ex. company computer) will be provided.

Paid Vacation Leave

• 20 days accrued annually

• These paid days off each equate to 8.0 hours of billable time.

• Expect to use 5 of the days during the Christmas – New Year’s period.

Paid Sick Time

• 5 sick days off annually

Paid Life Leave

• 15 days accrued annually.

Once per year in December, you can cash out any accrued life leave time.

Life Leave allows team members to use their holidays as it’s meant to be – a break – whilst knowing they’ve got the breathing space to tap into extra leave for the planned and unplanned life moments.
