Junior FX Sales Representative
Job Description
As a Junior FX Sales Representative, you play a crucial role as the primary point of contact for our customers. Your focus is on empowering them to regain control over their payment processes and providing deep insights into the FX market. Through your expertise in currencies, rates, hedging strategies, and efficient implementation practices, you mitigate risks and foster trust with our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner for customers, understanding their needs and translating our solutions into tailored recommendations.
- Sales Cycle Management: Own the entire sales process from lead generation and prospecting to deal closure and onboarding, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Market Expertise: Develop a strong understanding of the FX market, build a robust network, and utilize this knowledge to help clients achieve their strategic goals.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture client relationships through proactive communication, leveraging CRM tools to track interactions and update pertinent information.
Requirements:
- Financial and FX Market Acumen: Strong affinity with the financial sector and a solid grasp of the FX market dynamics..
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English.
- Communication and Analytical Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with expertise in business and strong analytical abilities.
