Requirements
- Applicants should possess an ATPL issued by the CAASL.
- A valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
- A minimum of 3000 hours total flying time including 500 hours on Turbine/Jet Aircraft.
The applicants should also possess the following,
- A Bachelor’s Degree or a Masters from a recognized university certified by the University Grants Commission, Sri Lanka.
Age to be not more than 45 years as of 21st September 2026.
The above vacancies are open to Sri Lankan citizens only.
Exposure to information technology and fluency in English are essential requirements. Additionally, candidates must possess good inter-personal skills and demonstrate the ability to support and sustain a positive work environment that fosters team performance.
Successful candidates will be offered the opportunity to undergo training at SriLankan Airlines’ Approved Training Organization (ATO).
As part of our investment in your professional development, the cost of training will be recovered through salary deductions over a pre-agreed period. During this time, selected candidates will be bonded to the organization in recognition of this valuable commitment.
