Role

Ensures the accurate and efficient administration of music content usage for Networks, Producers, and Performing Rights Organizations and other relevant entities. Manage issues across various company-owned and third-party systems while maintaining high standards of accuracy and productivity. Key responsibilities also include managing music labeling and music manager tasks to support integration projects and metadata enrichment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform tasks related to Music Box Licensing Hub.
  • Conduct Chart monitoring and handle various types of track acquisition tasks, including charts, promotional tracks and Music Integrations activities.
  • Generate reports through the system (NEO/DA).
  • Perform music track cleansing services and interested party review/research.
  • Support the team to achieve deadlines and maintain a zero-error environment to provide high-quality service to users.
  • Maintain effective and active communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist the Content Support Manager/ Team Lead and perform related duties as assigned.
  • Perform all assigned ad-hoc tasks received by the team.
  • Curate music libraries for different clients, including assigning relevant labels.
  • Perform all aspects of issue management-related tasks.
  • Attend meetings to discuss project progress and tasks related to future projects.
  • Raise system issues with relevant personnel
  • . Maintain a secure environment for information handling while working towards company goals.

Requirements
  • GCE A/Ls or GCE O/Ls with a certificate or diploma in IT, Project Management, or Business Management.
  • Proficient in raising and tracking technical queries using Jira will be an added advantage.
  • Basic technical proficiency with the ability to support project execution and cross-functional tasks.
  • Good communication skills in English language (Verbal / Written).
  • Hands-on experience with Google Spreadsheets and Documents.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
  • Ability to work on tight deadlines and work extra hours when required.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Advanced level of attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude with a pleasant personality.
