Job Summary:
We are looking for a Junior Executive – HR Operations to join our HR team and be part of a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Work Schedule:
5 days a week on-site, with alternate Saturdays work from home.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, employee documentation, confirmations, transfers, exits, attendance, and leave management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, HR documentation, trackers, and personnel files.
- Assist with employee onboarding and exit formalities, ensuring all required documentation and processes are completed within timelines.
- Support payroll and attendance-related activities by coordinating employee data, attendance inputs, leave records, and other information required for payroll processing.
- Assist with HRMS activities and maintain employee information in systems such as GreytHR.
- Develop an understanding of HR systems and actively support the adoption of new HR tools and platforms.
- Assist in coordinating with HR service providers and external vendors for background verification, payroll, benefits, and other HR-related services.
- Act as a point of contact for routine employee queries related to HR processes, policies, attendance, leave, benefits, and employee documentation, escalating complex matters to the appropriate HR team member.
- Support the HR and Admin teams in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives, internal events, and culture-building activities.
- Assist with employee surveys, feedback collection, and basic analysis of survey data to support HR and engagement initiatives.
- Support performance management activities, including employee communications, review-cycle coordination, trackers, and documentation.
- Assist in preparing HR MIS, reports, dashboards, and other HR-related data for management review.
- Support HR compliance activities by maintaining required documentation and records and coordinating with relevant internal teams and external partners.
- Assist in documenting HR processes, preparing SOPs, maintaining trackers, and identifying opportunities for process improvement.
- Provide support to the Talent Acquisition team as and when required, including coordination of interviews, candidate communication, recruitment documentation, onboarding coordination, and other recruitment-related activities.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality while handling employee information and HR-related matters.
- Take ownership of assigned HR projects and activities while continuously developing knowledge of HR processes, systems, and best practices.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field. A postgraduate qualification in HR will be an added advantage.
- 0–1 year of experience in HR; freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Internship, academic project, or practical exposure to HR processes will be an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of HR Operations and employee lifecycle processes.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees and stakeholders.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to learn and work with HRMS tools such as GreytHR and other HR technology platforms.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities while meeting timelines.
- Strong learning agility, proactive mindset, and willingness to take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
