Job Responsibilities
- Work with clients to understand their Supply Chain-related business requirements and assist in providing suitable solutions using the IFS ERP platform.
- Support the configuration of IFS ERP based on client business needs.
- Assist with system testing, training, demonstrations, and documentation.
- Help identify and resolve functional issues and provide support to customers.
- Work with senior consultants and project teams to complete tasks within agreed timelines.
- Support customers with post-implementation and ongoing system support.
- Build knowledge of IFS ERP and Supply Chain processes.
- Communicate with customers and internal teams to understand requirements and support project delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 6 months - 1 year of experience in Supply Chain, ERP, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of Supply Chain processes such as procurement, inventory, purchasing, or logistics.
- Experience with IFS ERP or another ERP system will be an added advantage.
- Exposure to ERP implementation, testing, configuration, or support is an advantage.
- Comfortable working with business stakeholders, technical teams, and finance professionals.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and develop expertise in IFS ERP Finance solutions.
