Job Responsibilities 

  • Assist in supporting IFS ERP implementation activities within the manufacturing domain under the guidance of senior consultants. 
  • Work with clients and internal teams to understand basic business requirements and assist in configuring the IFS ERP system to support manufacturing processes. 
  • Assist with business process analysis, system testing, and identifying areas for process improvements. 
  • Provide support to project teams and clients during ERP implementation and post-implementation activities. 
  • Assist with preparing and delivering basic system demonstrations, user training, and documentation. 
  • Support troubleshooting of functional issues and assist in providing suitable solutions to customers. 
  • Develop a good understanding of IFS ERP functionality and manufacturing processes. 
  • Stay updated on IFS ERP features, best practices, and manufacturing industry requirements. 

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Chemical & Process Engineering, or a related discipline. 
  • 6 months–1 year of relevant experience in manufacturing, ERP, or a related field. 
  • Exposure to IFS ERP or any other ERP system will be an added advantage. 
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and business operations. 
  • Exposure to ERP implementation, testing, configuration, or support will be an advantage. 
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and project teams.
  • Willingness to learn and develop expertise in IFS ERP and manufacturing solutions. 
  • Strong interest in understanding how ERP systems can support and improve manufacturing processes.
