Job Responsibilities
- Work with clients to understand their Finance-related business requirements and assist in providing suitable solutions using the IFS ERP platform.
- Support the configuration of IFS ERP based on client requirements under the guidance of senior consultants.
- Assist clients in improving their financial processes by utilizing IFS ERP features and best practices.
- Assist with workshops, system demonstrations, user training, testing, and documentation.
- Work closely with finance, IT, and project teams to support successful ERP implementation within agreed timelines.
- Assist with troubleshooting and resolving functional issues during implementation and post-go-live support.
- Support ongoing system enhancements based on customer requirements.
- Develop a strong understanding of IFS Finance functionality and related business processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or any other relevant discipline.
- 6 months - 1 year of experience in Finance, Accounting, ERP, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of finance and accounting processes.
- Exposure to IFS ERP or any other ERP system will be an added advantage.
- Experience or exposure to ERP implementation, configuration, testing, or support will be an advantage.
- Comfortable working with business stakeholders, technical teams, and finance professionals.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and develop expertise in IFS ERP Finance solutions.
