Role Overview:
- Shall have experience in fabrication & fasteners assembly. Capable of validating and ensuring customer specification compliance, knowing GE, RR, Boeing requirements will be an added advantage.
- Shall have experience in assembly process. Capable of establishing different riveting, insulations, inserts, links, clips assemblies.
- Shall have experience in drawing evaluation and providing inputs essential for assembly process establishment.
- Ability to analyse defects, identify root causes and provide efficient solution and implement CAPA.
- Basic knowledge of stainless steel and Inconel tube and sheet fabrication in aviation industry.
- Working experience with GE Aviation P Specifications.
- Ensure that manufacturing procedures follow safety and environmental regulations.
- Must be familiar with EHS practices inside workshop as well as on site.
- Responsible for FAI prove outs and creating new assembly procedures/MOS’s for the same.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Candidate with an experience of fabrication & fasteners assembly.
Required Qualifications:
- Diploma in mechanical engineering with minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in Aviation Tubes and Ducts, Fabrication Industry and aerospace assembly components.
- Should have good communication and interpersonal skill.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in PDC Problem solving tools
