About the Role:
The Alliances Operations Analyst role will be responsible for day to day operations supporting the rapidly growing CrowdStrike partner ecosystem. This role will have an emphasis on managing strong Salesforce data integrity and our Partner facing processes. While providing a seamless CrowdStrike experience for our partners, the successful candidate will have the ability to constantly improve our operations, build scalability and be the partner advocate.
What You'll Do:
Collaborate with Distributor Partner & Alliance Managers to gather requirements and
create accurate Opportunities and CPQ quotes.
Previous experience with SFDC and CPQ Tool.
Work on CPQ Software to calculate Price and Quote solutions.
Ensure quotes align with company policies, pricing strategies, and discount structures.
Maintain SLAs for CPQ Quote creation program and escalate when appropriate
Ensuring global consistency in sales operations processes and practices.
Participate in ad hoc projects, as required, to improve the operations and process flow of the
Shared Resource Centre
What You'll Need:
Bachelor’s/Post Graduate Degree required (Business/Operations/Project/Marketing)
Excellent communication skills are a must with good command over written and spoken
English.
3+ Years of Experience in Sales Operations, Alliance operations or applicable
quantitative roles.
Good knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
Be a self-starter, detail-oriented, and operationally-minded.
Experience with a “Shared Resource Centre”.
A self-starter, quick learner and team player.
Contributes to team and company success.
Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.
Shift Time: 2.00 pm - 11.00 pm IST
