Job Description- Support the creation and coordination of internal communication content (announcements, newsletters, presentations, intranet posts)
- Assist in maintaining consistent employer branding messages across communication channels
- Help plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and internal campaigns
- Support content preparation for company events, HR initiatives, and employer branding projects
- Edit and update communication materials according to brand guidelines
- Coordinate timing and distribution of communications with the team
- Assist the manager during important initiatives or urgent communication needs
- Help ensure employees are informed, engaged, and aligned with company initiatives
- Ongoing or completed higher education in Communications, Marketing, PR, HR, or a related field
- Good written and verbal communication skills in Georgian and English
- Experience with standard software applications, including MS Office, Windows, etc.
- Experience or basic skills in Canva for creating visual communication materials (presentations, internal visuals, social media content)
- Interest in employer branding, internal communications, and corporate culture
- Preferably up to 1 year of work experience/internships in communications, marketing, or related fields
