Junior Digital Marketing Specialist– substitution for maternity leave (around 1 year).
Position Summary:
Junior Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for execution of key digital activities mainly in VET segment. Countries in scope are mainly Poland and Hungary where Elanco is strategically focusing to develop meaningful professional digital communication with the key stakeholders among veterinarians. On this position Junior Digital Marketing Specialist will work together with the country marketing in sales teams in order to execute all planned activities (website, mailing campaigns, social media and other channels management).
Responsibilities:
Junior Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for operational execution related to all Digital projects and initiatives:
- Execute digital marketing strategies to meet business objectives.
- Diligently manage all digital marketing channels in his/her responsibility (e.g. website, blogs, emails, and social media) to ensure brand consistency.
- Cooperate with Marketing (CEE, Global), Global Digital team and local sales teams to improve customer experience through our company assets with a cohesive strategy.
- Stay up to date with digital technology developments.
Expected day-to-day activities:
- Regular content maintenance of the web-portals (CMS – Kontent.ai).
- Non-technical SEO implementation for company web-portals.
- E-mail campaigns execution and support (Veeva, Sales Force Marketing Cloud).
- Manage Social Media channels (if agreed in advance).
- Provide regular analytics for company websites and social media (via use of Sprout Social) in order to improve tools reach and effectiveness.
- Regular monitoring of competitors’ digital activities and provide feedback to Elanco.
- Implementation of new digital tools.
- Provide trainings & support for digital tools.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (IT or Digital Marketing preferred).
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing projects or support.
- Knowledge of Kentico (or similar) CMS environment.
- Advanced SEO principles understanding, ability to implement and adjust non-technical part of SEO based on available analytics.
- Google Analytics advanced knowledge.
- Email Marketing certification and practice.
- Social media (FB, Instagram) support and content maintenance experience.
- Basic HTML.
- Fluent English and Polish.
- Knowledge of another language (e.g., Hungarian, Czech or any other language) will be an advantage.
Additionally required knowledge:
- Good communication skills.
- Teamwork experiences.
- Cross functional project coordination.
Additional Skills & Preferences:
- Passion for Digital marketing.
- Passion for teamwork.
- Google AdWords and social media targeted advertising experience.
- Knowledge of marketing tools in Veeva CRM.
- Sales Force Marketing Cloud (SFMC) or similar marketing automation experience.
- Website layout experience.
- Company e-commerce project support.
- Work on projects.
Additional Information:
- This position is a full-time position – substitution for maternity leave.
- Hybrid work model – office/home office.
Travel:
- 5% of travel ( in case of the need).
