Role Purpose

This purpose of the role is to support the delivery of performance-focused digital campaigns by assisting in developing, checking, launching, and monitoring campaign structures across paid platforms. Apply foundational knowledge to produce reliable, measurable outcomes. Focus on hands-on execution, accuracy, and continuous learning while collaborating with team members to meet campaign objectives.

Role Description

Campaign Coordination & Execution

  • Assist in the rollout of digital marketing campaigns across the enterprise.
  • Coordinate meetings, reviews, and approvals to ensure campaigns stay on track.
  • Co-facilitate cross-functional collaboration between creative, digital, media, and other teams.
  • Implement campaign structures across approved platforms following standard frameworks.
  • Apply correct naming conventions, budgets, pacing rules, audiences, and placements.
  • Quality Assure creatives, copy, formats, and links; validate tracking prior to launch.

Task & Schedule Management

  • Maintain and update campaign calendars and timelines.
  • Track task progress and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Organise campaign assets and maintain documentation repositories.
  • Support procurement processes, vendor coordination, and general administrative tasks.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Prepare campaign briefs, meeting notes, and status updates.
  • Support reporting by compiling campaign performance data and insights.
  • Compile periodic performance snapshots with trends and recommended actions.
  • Visualise data using dashboards; highlight anomalies and optimisation opportunities.
  • Collaborate with creative and brand teams to refine campaign elements based on insights.

Stakeholder Communication

  • Share campaign updates and escalate issues to the campaign lead as needed.
  • Ensure clear and timely communication across internal teams and external partners.

Continuous Learning & Playbook Development

  • Document repeatable setups, templates, and checklists; maintain a best-practice playbook.
  • Track platform updates and industry changes; apply learnings to improve efficiency.
  • Complete relevant micro-credentials aligned to the team roadmap.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field - (essential).
  • +2 years of experience in a marketing support or coordination role - (essential)
  • Exposure to campaign environments and project tracking - (essential).
  • Familiarity with marketing tools and Microsoft Office Suite - (essential).
