About the role

As a Junior Business Development Associate at Igloo you will support the growth of Igloo’s digital

insurance solutions in Southeast Asia. This is a developmental role designed to provide hands-on

experience in both managing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities. You

will work closely with senior leadership to learn how Igloo’s innovative products meet the evolving

needs of businesses and consumers

Job Responsibilities

  • Support Partner Relationships: Act as a supporting point of contact for existing clients, helping to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Assist in Business Growth: Help identify opportunities for upselling or expanding the use of Igloo’s solutions with current partners.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to build a pipeline of potential partners in sectors like e-commerce and lifestyle protection.
  • Internal Coordination: Work with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure the seamless delivery of services to our partners.
  • Sales Support: Assist senior managers in preparing presentations and structuring agreements for prospective clients.
  • Data & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular updates for the Sr. Commercial Managers on partnership growth and market trends.

Requirements
  • Education: Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Interest: A strong interest in the insurance, fintech, or tech industries.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a focus on building connections with diverse audiences.
  • Mindset: A highly collaborative attitude and an analytical mindset.
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
