Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and proactive Junior Business Analyst to join our dynamic Project Management team within the iGaming space. This is an exciting opportunity for someone at the start of their career who is eager to learn, grow, and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.
You will work closely with experienced Project Managers, Product Managers, and cross-functional teams, supporting business operations, platform development, and project delivery. Acting as a bridge between Product, Development, Operations, and other departments, this role offers a clear progression path toward becoming a fully-fledged Business Analyst or Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities
• Daily monitoring of payment methods, registrations, conversions, and acceptance rates
• Monitor business performance across multiple brands and identify gaps and opportunities
• Analyse trends and provide insights to support decision-making
• Support project activities and stakeholder communication
• Raise, track, and follow up on development requests
• Document platform developments and brief relevant teams
• Bridge knowledge gaps across departments
• Log and escalate issues to Product Managers and developers
• Maintain project and operational documentation
• Generate and distribute reports to stakeholders
• Contribute to continuous process improvements
Requirements (Essential)
• 0–2 years of experience in project coordination, business analysis, or related roles
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Proactive and adaptable mindset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to interpret and present data clearly
Requirements (Desirable)
• Experience or interest in the iGaming industry
• Familiarity with Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or similar tools
• Experience in Agile or Scrum environments
• Basic understanding of software development lifecycle
