Provide first-line IT support across the company: ticket ownership, workstation and device setup, user onboarding/offboarding, endpoint and network troubleshooting, maintain documentation, liaise with vendors, and support upgrades and MDM/identity tasks (Intune/Entra).

Entry-level Business Analyst supporting internal platform operations, requirement gathering, issue investigation, testing, reporting, and stakeholder liaison. Assist with data monitoring, basic analysis, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives while learning BA practices.

Own platform-related developments, issues and improvements. Gather and document requirements, translate business needs into development tickets, monitor platform health and reporting, analyse trends, prepare summaries, and support process and system improvements across operations and technical teams.
