Junior Business Analyst (GenAI project)

Join us as a Junior Business Analyst and be part of our pioneering Generative AI project that shapes the future of digital product development! 🚀 

Your future tasks: 

• Mapping customer needs in the sales process, advising on digital strategy and product development, designing product concepts – with a special focus on Generative AI use cases. 

• Structuring ongoing projects, assessing business needs, defining development directions, outlining software business specifications (technical aspects are handled by IT professionals). 

• Coordinating projects related to AI-powered tools and solutions – you don’t need to understand every technology, but you should ask the right business questions. 

• Providing a comprehensive overview of project progress, key obstacles, and proposed solutions – especially in how generative AI can bring value. 

• Close collaboration with developers and data scientists working on our AI initiatives. 

• Keeping up with the latest trends in GenAI and related technologies, and bringing in ideas to improve our tools and workflows. 

What we expect from You: 

• Completed or ongoing BSc studies, preferably in business, economics, or technology-related fields. 

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills. 

• A genuine interest in emerging technologies, especially generative AI. 

• Previous experience (1–2 years) in a consulting environment is an advantage – including part-time roles or internships during university studies.

• Motivation to grow professionally and enthusiasm for working on AI-related projects. 

• Fluency in Hungarian (for internal communication), and at least intermediate English (for international collaboration).
