Job Description:
To manage end-to-end sales order processing and provide administrative support to the sales team, ensuring smooth coordination with other business units and accurate reporting. The role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and familiarity with SAP systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Order Processing:
- Handle and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure timely order entry into SAP and monitor order status until delivery.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure order fulfillment.
- Administrative Sales Support:
- Assist the sales team with documentation, quotations, and customer communications.
- Maintain and update customer records and pricing information.
- Support in preparing sales presentations and proposals.
- Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Liaise with finance, supply chain, and customer service teams to resolve order-related issues.
- Collaborate with business units to ensure alignment on delivery schedules and inventory availability.
- Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare regular sales reports, order tracking summaries, and performance dashboards.
- Analyze order trends and highlight discrepancies or delays.
- System & Process Management:
- Utilize SAP for order entry, tracking, and reporting.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Minimum 0–3 years of experience in sales order management or sales support.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
- Experience with SAP is a strong advantage.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented with good problem-solving abilities.
