Job Purpose
As the Junior Brand Manager, you will solely be responsible for driving and delivering agreed brand objectives. You will work closely with cross functional teams to ensure all plans for brand promotion, innovation, brand budgets etc are in place and work closely external agencies in developing and landing advertising strategies for your brand. You will report to the category lead of your respective brand category.
Responsibilities:
Brand Management

  • Support the development and execution of core business annual growth plans.

  • Manage brand performance, tracking key business, market share, and profitability metrics.

  • Lead deployment of innovations, renovations, consumer activations, and consumer promotions.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class execution across priority channels.

  • Translate consumer and market insights into actionable growth opportunities.
     

Digital Performance

  • Lead the Skin Care digital effectiveness agenda across paid, owned, and earned channels.

  • Evaluate campaign and content performance using Unilever-approved effectiveness measurement frameworks and tools.

  • Develop actionable recommendations to improve creative quality, consumer engagement, conversion performance, and marketing effectiveness.

  • Assess assets against key creative effectiveness principles and digital best-practice standards prior to deployment.

  • Identify opportunities to optimize and repurpose content across platforms, audiences, and consumer touchpoints.

  • Improve asset productivity by extending content life cycles and reducing duplication.
     

Success Measures

  • Delivery of business and market share targets.

  • Successful execution of campaigns and other growth initiatives.

  • Improvement in digital content and campaign effectiveness metrics within skin care.

  • Increased productivity and utilization of digital marketing assets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Management, or a related field.

  • 1-2 years of experience in Brand Management, Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Analytics.

  • Strong commercial acumen, analytical capability, and project management skills.

  • Experience working with agencies and interpreting campaign performance data.

  • Passion for beauty, consumer trends, and digital innovation.

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
