Kape Technologies is looking for a highly motivated, skilled, independent, and responsible Junior Bookkeeper to join our Finance team.

In this role, you will assist in managing Kape Israeli site day-to-day payments, accounting and finance.

This position will report to the Bookkeeper TL.

What will you do?

  • Full responsibility of vendor management
  • Communication with external vendors
  • Internal approval flow and communication with Company’s managers
  • Prepare and manage the payments cycles (wires/ACH) to local and foreign vendors
  • Vendor reconciliation and aging report
  • Daily bank reconciliation
  • Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process when needed
  • Management of travel reports abroad.
  • Assisting the finance team in daily tasks and monthly closing processes.

Requirements:

  • Certified Bookkeeper type 2 
  • High-level English
  • Highly organized and reliable with strong attention to details
  • Excellent Microsoft office skills, especially excel
  • Experience with NetSuite and Tipalti - Advantage
  • Experience working in high tech is preferred
