Reports to: Bookkeeping Team Lead
Location: Tel Aviv
Kape Technologies is looking for a highly motivated, skilled, independent, and responsible Junior Bookkeeper to join our Finance team.
In this role, you will assist in managing Kape Israeli site day-to-day payments, accounting and finance.
This position will report to the Bookkeeper TL.
What will you do?
- Full responsibility of vendor management
- Communication with external vendors
- Internal approval flow and communication with Company’s managers
- Prepare and manage the payments cycles (wires/ACH) to local and foreign vendors
- Vendor reconciliation and aging report
- Daily bank reconciliation
- Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process when needed
- Management of travel reports abroad.
- Assisting the finance team in daily tasks and monthly closing processes.
Requirements:
- Certified Bookkeeper type 2
- High-level English
- Highly organized and reliable with strong attention to details
- Excellent Microsoft office skills, especially excel
- Experience with NetSuite and Tipalti - Advantage
- Experience working in high tech is preferred
