Resolve basic disputes and discrepancies concerning customer profiles, billing and invoicing. Prepare Billing reconciliations, generate billing reporting and monitoring the accounts receivables of the company.

Oversee customer onboarding workflows, executing detailed contract reviews and initial invoicing setup.
Investigate and resolve foundational disputes and discrepancies regarding customer profiles, billing statements, and invoices.
Liaise directly with Portuguese-speaking clients and stakeholders to resolve billing tickets and account inquiries effectively.
