Junior Associate ‐ Taxation (1 year contract)

We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to join us on a 1-year contract to be part of our Tax team, with the responsibility to collect and maintain tax invoices, assist with tax audits while following up with relevant parties to accurately complete the taxation processes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure to collect supplier and customer tax invoices on a timely basis.
- Verify tax invoices to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
- Maintain an organized filing system both physical and electronic for tax invoices.
- Ensure that all tax invoices are filed and archived accurately for easy retrieval during IRD audits and internal reviews.
- Follow up with suppliers or customers for missing, incorrect, or delayed invoices.
- Support the tax team in providing original documents to IRD when required.
- Compile and verify VAT schedules (output and input) against tax invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure proper 5S implementation in maintaining all tax-related documents.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
- School leavers who have successfully completed their G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) examinations.
- Good communication & interpersonal skills.
- Passion in pursuing a career in Finance Operations.
- Energetic and enthusiastic with a positive attitude.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents.
