Junior AI Creative Technologist

About the Role

We’re looking for a Junior AI Creative Technologist with a strong artistic background, technical curiosity, and a passion for games and AI.

You’ll use tools such as Claude, Codex, GPT, and other AI platforms to create and prototype interactive web games and experiences, combining strong visual thinking with hands-on technical execution.

 What You’ll Do

• Create and prototype interactive web games and experiences using AI-assisted development tools.
• Turn creative ideas into polished gameplay, visuals, animation, effects, and interactions.
• Experiment with AI, creative coding, and real-time web technologies.
• Work with artists, designers, and developers to improve game feel, visual quality, and polish.

Must-Haves

• Degree in Art, Design, Game Art, Animation, Interactive Media, or a related artistic field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating excellent visual taste, game aesthetics, and high-quality execution.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools, including Claude, Codex, GPT, or similar tools.
• Ability to create interactive web experiences or game prototypes, with strong creativity, curiosity, and attention to detail.

Big Advantages

• Experience with web game development, interactive media, or creative coding.
• Strong understanding of game feel, visual language, and polishing game experiences.
• Knowledge of shaders, Three.js, WebGL, JavaScript, or similar real-time web technologies.
• Experience or understanding of marketing, mobile gaming, or digital creative production.
