Lead mobile 3D game development from concept through release, overseeing code, product design, feature refinement, code quality, performance, and live-service updates. Collaborate with design and production teams, conduct code reviews, meet delivery schedules, mentor developers, and manage development pipelines for casual and hybrid-casual games.

Research mobile game trends, genres, mechanics, creatives, and player behavior to identify market opportunities. Develop game concepts, briefs, references, and testable ideas; use AI tools for ideation, visual exploration, and prototyping. Validate concepts through testing, analyze market signals, and recommend whether to pursue, iterate, or stop initiatives. Collaborate with external studios and cross-functional publishing teams while sharing insights and opportunities.

Manages mobile game publishing and product growth across external studios and internal teams. Analyzes KPIs, player behavior, retention, engagement, monetization, and market benchmarks to prioritize product improvements. Guides experiments, A/B tests, gameplay iterations, progression, economy, content, and level design enhancements while coordinating Analytics, QA, Creative, UA, and Product teams. Tracks milestones, risks, decisions, and performance across multiple games.

Owns QA across the mobile game development and release lifecycle. Responsibilities include functional, non-functional, acceptance, regression, sanity, A/B, and feature testing; identifying and tracking defects; applying analytical risk assessment; experimenting with AI-powered QA tools; collaborating with development and business teams; and providing final release-readiness recommendations.

Create and prototype interactive web games and experiences using AI-assisted development tools. Translate creative ideas into polished gameplay, visuals, animation, effects, and interactions while experimenting with AI, creative coding, and real-time web technologies. Collaborate with artists, designers, and developers to improve game feel, visual quality, and polish.

Manage secure local and cloud infrastructure across networks, operating systems, identity platforms, and cloud environments. Provide Tier 2/3 support, onboarding and offboarding, backups, disaster recovery, documentation, security monitoring, audits, incident response, and compliance support. Develop scripts, automations, and AI-powered workflows to improve IT operations and service delivery.

Design and implement engaging 3D levels, missions, and live-ops content in Unity3D for hybrid-casual mobile games. Define level structure and difficulty, balance and optimize funnels using KPIs and analytics, collaborate with product and data teams, maintain design documentation, and use AI tools for prototyping and analysis.

As a Game Owner, you'll manage strategy, live operations, and performance for a hybrid-casual game, collaborating across teams and using data to optimize key performance indicators.

Lead planning and execution of employee events, employer-branding activities, and HR operational tasks. Manage logistics, vendors, budgets, documentation, and on-site event support.
