We are seeking a motivated Junior AI Consultant to join our Digital Transformation team. This is an entry-level consulting position designed to provide hands-on exposure to AI transformation projects while supporting senior consultants. The role offers an exciting opportunity to work with leading Israeli and international clients, contributing to strategic advisory services that help them navigate their AI transformation journey and develop comprehensive AI strategies across various industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Support senior consultants in delivering AI strategy consulting engagements for clients across diverse sectors including financial services, technology, healthcare, and government
- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis on AI trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices
- Assist in developing AI roadmaps, strategic frameworks, and business cases for client organizations
- Support AI maturity assessments and organizational readiness evaluations
- Analyze client technology landscapes and assess AI readiness across people, process, and technology dimensions
- Conduct vendor assessments and technology evaluations for AI platforms, tools, and solutions
- Prepare comprehensive client presentations, strategic reports, and executive briefings
- Support business case development and ROI analysis for AI initiatives
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather requirements and insights
- Assist in change management planning and organizational design for AI transformation
- Stay current with AI industry trends, regulatory developments, and emerging technologies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business, Product or project design/management or related field
- Up to 2 years of experience in technology consulting, strategy, AI advisory, product management, or related roles
- Previous experience in client-facing advisory or consulting preferred
- Understanding of AI/ML concepts, applications, and business implications
- Understanding of data management, analytics, and AI infrastructure requirements
- Awareness of AI ethics, responsible AI practices, and regulatory considerations
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking capabilities with strong problem-solving skills
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills in Hebrew and English
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business language for C-level executives
- Strong research and market analysis capabilities
- Experience with consulting methodologies and frameworks
- Proven ability to work effectively in client-facing environments
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Collaborative mindset with ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven situations
- Professional presence and ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders
