Europcar Australia are seeking a driven Junior Account Manager to join our exceptional Sales team and take the first step towards an exciting career in account management!
As a Junior Account Manager at Europcar, you will have the responsibility of managing a diverse portfolio of customers. You will collaborate with a team of experienced professionals who will mentor and guide you, helping you develop the skills necessary to excel in your role!
This role is on a permanent full time basis located in Tullamarine, Victoria.

Some of the key responsibilities include:
Maintain relationships with existing tour operator customers within the Leisure portfolio
Identify and establish relationships with new business opportunities
Establish relationships with head office departments and ensure SLA’s are met
Manage and progress a strong pipeline utilising Salesforce
Manage sales activities including promotional activity and recognise opportunities within the existing portfolio
Preparation of customer proposals, submissions, tender responses, sales information kits
Provide monthly and quarterly management reporting to customers
Attend Sales meetings and functions as required and achieve existing business revenue targets
Review and understand proposed pricing/product offering
Maintain regular communication with the existing portfolio
To be considered you should possess:
Previous sales / business experience would be an advantage
Experience within the travel industry and/or car rental industry is desired
Experience working with Salesforce is desirable
Sound interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels
Computer literacy, intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint & Excel
Ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks
Excellent organisational and time management skills
A passion for sales and account management, with a keen eye for identifying business opportunities
