Job Summary
This position supports the marketing department by managing weekly marketing requests, improving workflow efficiency, and ensuring high‑quality deliverables. The role requires conducting thorough quality assurance checks before client review and delivering consistent KPI reporting to internal stakeholders. Duties/Responsibilities

- Implement and maintain weekly marketing requests.
- Work with the marketing team to streamline and optimize marketing processes.
- Conduct quality assurance checks prior to client review.
- Provide regular reporting on KPIs to key stakeholders.
Qualifications
Minimum Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field
- Hands-on experience utilizing HubSpot or other CRM
- Prior Digital Marketing Experience a plus
- Experience in insurance, healthcare, or similarly regulated industries is a plus

- Excellent time management, organization and communication skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
