Job Description- Prepare and update Invoice file at month end.
- Prepare and review Taiwan Branch Revenue, Cost of Sales, and Revenue Recognition
- Provide the cost ledger transactions for review.
- Prepare APAC consolidated License file.
- Create journal entries for correcting revenue, markup, and Financial Dimensions
- Update projects in each entity for profitability reports.
- Prepare and maintain Quarterly reports.
- Extract JOC related transactions for review
- Prepare monthly sales analysis
- Prepare additional reports during Audits
- Maintain APAC project master file
- Update APAC new projects and invoices file
- Prepare monthly APAC TB
- Prepare monthly APAC AR Aging report
- Prepare monthly individual customer files from APAC profitability report
- Open to fresh graduates or individuals with 1-2 years of experience
- Good knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures
- Advanced MS Excel skills (creating spreadsheets and using financial functions)
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Attention to detail, with an ability to spot numerical errors
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
